That's weird; I've played through a few hours of the game with the patch and had no issues.

The rule only applies to the archive, and I'm not supporting 16:10 or Eyefinity codes in the archive and I just want to make that clear.
It's been like 7 months since I've began managing and organizing the archive, and it's not fun having to archive every single widescreen patch for every single PS2 game in existence, and having people give me flack for stuff such as not including anything other than 16:9 and getting rid of the changelog. As I see it, if people begin requesting 5:4, 16:10, 21:9, it makes standardizing much more difficult. I'm just doing what I think is best for everyone.
Where did someone make a Tales of Legendia (NTSC-J) widescreen patch?
I agree with devina40 that managing the current 16:9 thread/archive/requests/etc is a huge task, and adding 16:10 patches would make it too much for one person.
IMO it would be best if someone else handles the 16:10 patches, in a new thread which would be similar to this (Requests, maybe archive, etc).
And maybe if this new 16:10 thingie gets enough patches, hopefully someone will work on integrating the two archives into one.
