I was ported "Army men - Air Attack 2 (NTSC-J)(SLPM-65229)" a few days ago.
But today i have realized it's not a correct title name.
It's a Army men - RTS (NTSC-J)(SLPM-65229)

This ISO file is made by myself from my PS2 DVD.
When i decide to the name ISO, search a serial (SLPM-65229) in the gameindex.dbf (included in PCSX2) or Google's search.
Certainly gameindex and Google's written by "Army men - Air Attack 2"
but it's not correct, confirmed by Youtube movie.

It has a diffrent ajusting screen ratio. then after modified the value, confirmed by my eye.

For Air Attack 2, you should check the width again. It seems it needs to be narrower.
I made patches for The Operative: No One Lives Forever, Total Overdose and Hidden Invasion.
Too lazy to make screencaps though.
