Hi people, i'm in troubles with this pcsx2.
I have i5 450m (2.6 ghz), ati hd 5650 with 1 gb (directx 11), and 4 gb ram.
I play full speed at full resolution and AA assassin's creed revelations, but still can't play decently dragonball budokai tenkaichi 3 on this emulator. i have last version of the software, and on the top of the window it says 30 % gpu, but 90 % EE (which i suppose is the cpu emulating the game) when on process explorer pcsx2 takes just 40 % of total cpu...
The game is ntsc version, and the problems start just fighting: fps decrease from 60 to 40 max 45, making game annoying...

Would thank a lot any kind of help!
Regards
1 thing you never should do is compairing PC Games with Emulators, mainly since Emulators are way more heavier then PC Games will be.

simply put your laptop is to weak for this game
you can :
- overclock a bit
- use some speedhacks
- enable MTVU hack since you have more tahn 2 cores

but don't expect miracles since 2.6 ghz is a bit slow for BT3

its a laptop cpu so good chance the bios is locked
That laptop should handle DBZ:BT3.

Make sure your Windows Power Plan is set to "High Performance".

probrably they misused or/and maxed-out all the speedhacks give an false fps reading may even edited a video to fooling ppl. around.

try VU cycle stealing at LV-2 be aware false fps expected that settings.

You can try using a newer SVN and activating the MTVU hack which may help as well in your situation. SVN can be found here http://pcsx2.net/svn.php
