try VU cycle stealing at LV-2
if still slow you need to get a Phenom or Intel-i CPU...and a gddr5 video card

Start by disabling ALL game fixes.
Try these
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution and disable Texture Filtering
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Also, I heard that its better to use 30/25 as FrameRate in pcsx2_vm.ini. Tongue2
Well, thanks, but one problem, my fps is lowing in some effects, like sun
What do the ee% and gs% say when you get those slowdowns ?
umm... Wait a second
EE 54-47%
GS 70-50%
