I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but i am having a problem with the w32pthreads.v4.dll file. It is in the program folder, but when I try to run the emulator, it is saying that the file is not found. I moved the file into the plugins folder and tried to run it again but the same message came up. What is wrong here?

That should be in PCSX2 root Folder Only. Redownload PCSX2 binary Package and try. Or right click pcsx2 and click Run as Administrator.
Make sure that the DLL File was not modified or renamed.
