I'm having alot of trouble starting PCSX2 0.9.4 , Everytime I go to config settings I get this error.

The Application has failed to start because NPPTools.dll was not found

Any Suggestions -

Pc Specs

- Vista 32x
- Quad Core 2.8 GHZ Intel Core Q9550
- 4.0 GB Ram
- ATI Raedon HD 4800 Series 512mb

Not something i have seen before, try re downloading/redownloading PCSX2 from the official site.

well I usally get this when I change between CD/DVD plugins. Like Linuxappz and PEOPs and afterwards often I can't run a game. But after a restart the error is gone and so far I could ignore it as it didn't change a thing for me o_O

Well, I've re-installed and played with a few things, and It's still not working, but as far as I know the emulator itself is, so *Shrugs* As long as it doesn't hinder gameplay Im happy.
