Im playing persona 4 the fps 80-100 its way too fast. the characters speak way too fast. how to fix this problem?
did you accidentally press F4? if so then the limiter is disabled and the FPS are going too fast...

how to know if its disabled
Config>emulation settings>GS.. see if the "disable frame limiting" option is checked.. but there is also the possibility that you pressed TAB and you enabled turbo mode...

i finally fix it. limiter was turbo i set it to normal
