the sound is choppy and goes in and out during all the anime cinematics. is there any way to fix this?
Are you running at under full speed, by any chance?

i'm running full speed for all the cinematics, but gameplay is about 45-50 fps
Do you use any slider speedhacks? EE cyclerate can break sound in the movies just in the way you describe.
