I'm not finding the F-key list, and I'd like to know so I can avoid hitting some shortcut feature without knowing it when I goto record my gamplay.

I'm just running into issues, and I honestly rather not spend more time then I have to. I already have to finese the settings between nvidia & PCSX2, I don't want to have to guess at keys for Fraps also.

Also, a Help menu in the program of 'in-game' key command would be great.

F4 - Frame Limiter Type (Normal / Off / Value)
F5 - Toggle De-Interlacing Modes
F6 - Adjust Aspect
F7 - Pixel Noise

F9 - Hardware/Software Toggle
F10 - ??
F11 - ??
F12 - Video Capture
TAB - Turbo On / Off
Page Up - FXAA

Added some shifted keys.
Also, this is configurable via an ini file. See r4917 and r4918.
