Anyway, the latest pcsx2 (0.99 or 1.0) is awesome and it gives me more fps in my old core 2 duo machine (but yea, I should upgrade).

You want a new UI design? Most of the ppl expect a performance boost, and it is not going to happen IMO. Many games are fixed however.
