That's dependent on the gs plugin, but gsdx should work with it.
It'll be very! slow though.

I tested Ar tonelico ( basic 2D games) on integrated GPU, it was nVidia 6650 if i not mistake and AMD x2 1900. Got 42 fps only. Maybe you will run basic 2d games if you`re lucky with good CPU power.

Geforce 8600gt will be enough for all games if you dont go over 1280*1024 res. Better get more powerful processor.
