why when i played the pcsx2 emu it says u need to upgrade direct x?
i already upgrade it to the latest version direct x 10!!

Maybe you installed old DirectX. Try upgrade from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en

Having DX10 does not mean you have the latest DX9.Update your directX from the link Summoner gave you
