I think it will be very slow
Have u take a look to the requirements?
U need a 3,2 ghz dual core cpu and a gpu at the 8600's level
Your conf isn't very strong enough...and it also depend on the game u wanna play
maybe 2d game will runs pretty good...
and all things considered a laptop isn't a good choice for pcsx2 in my opinion

I'm thinking about buying a new PC and it could be that laptop or..
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 2.7GHZ
2GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD4350 512MB DDR2
I think it would work faster on the pc

Of course it will run faster, but still not good.
2.7ghz is too little and amd is very bad for pcsx2, i suggest intel.
I dont know anything about radeon series.

This might still not be enough.
Gsdx plugin work better with Nvidia Graphic card than ATI.
Also Pcsx2 is heavily CPU dependent in term of performance,
and it's advised to choose a core 2 duo.
Here are my recommendations:
Intel E8400 3Ghz
2GB RAM
Nvidia 8800 GT
This will run almost every games at full speed.

The only real difference between a laptop and a pc is the cost to get the same parts and a PC can be overclocked better.
I am running a laptop that kicks ass but it costs a lot.
But ya, you are going to need -at least- that of what bigmehdi said, intel is the way to go with speed and quad core does not help for pcsx2.

Hmm... I may get this:
Intel Core 2 Duo E5200 2.5GHZ @ OC 3GHZ
3GB RAM
Sapphire GeForce 9600GT 512MB
I heard it runs VCS and full speed

Well I guess that's barely enough.
Don't forget that the E5200 has a smaller L2 cache,
and will give less performance than a E8400,
even with overclocking.
And off course a 9600GT is less performant than a 8800GT...

I just got a better and cheaper idea. I'm gonna play on a PS2

It's mainly for those willing to go far to push ps2 games to the limits.
