I'm having a slight issue with Gundam Seed Destiny Generation of CE (NTSC-J) specifically with the 8-bit textures option. This is the only game I have this problem with (see images below). I also have 2 other bugs I'ved noticed as well with this game...
PC Specs:
Athlon 2x @ 2.3ghz
4GB Ram
ATI HD3850
Emulator:
1474 Beta
GSDX 1398/1476/1553
Bug 1, This is the 8-bit texture bug. I don't have any problems like this in any other game I've tried.

Picture 1: How the game looks with 8-bit textures off. This is how the game is supposed to look (sans the couple of lines going through the background)

Picture 2: This is how the game looks with 8-bit textures on, notice the incorrect colors on the japanese text at the top of the screen

Picture 3: Again, this is how the background behind the character is supposed to look (with 8-bit textures off)

Picture 4: With it on, there is that obtrusive white background that sometimes flickers
This is the second bug I found in this game. This bug is only present in newer versions of the plugin (beyond 1398)

Attached is the GS files for both situations.

Note that both graphic glitches are apparent no matter what settings I use in PCSX2.
I hope I gave all the information and everything needed to help out. Whether these are fixed or not, everyone involved in this project has done wonderful work and I truly appreciate everything that's been done so far.
(edit) seems I forgot to mention the other bug though it can be clearly seen in the first 2 pictures... There are lines going down the background and this bug is in all versions of gsdx I've tested.
