They seriously can't be modern enough to be worth fixing them.

Yeah i know that, but we aren't expecting people to run our program on their ps2 Tongue

I don't know anybody who owns a VIA or Matrox GPU Tongue

even if some one did own one the pc would not be able to run pcsx2 at any playble speeds Atlest I dont think it would.

You're right, it wouldn't. I don't think they even support DX9.
something's up with the avx version of the plugin. Was just working fine a moment ago, now pcsx2 crashes. No settings changed between the first and the last time used today. I switched over to SSE4 and now it works. What's going on? Yes, my machine supports avx.

Edit: now sse4 doesn't work. Seems that gdsx plugins only work on the initial run but fail afterwards. Do I need to update direct x or any other runtimes? Is it the new nvidia driver being buggy?
Have you got any ghost pcsx2.exe processes? does it work after you reboot?
Yes I had a ghost process that came about after I pressed [x] on the game window. But I forced closed it. And it would always crash still.
I think I narrowed it down to pokopom. I switched to lilypad and it's not happening anymore. I switched back to pokopom and the game worked once and then it crashed afterwards again. I'll ask krossx about it

I did get this error when I switched to an older version of pokopom when pcsx2 crashed though (just in case):

And here is an error log when it crashes normally with the updated pokopom used:

Updating the gpu drivers didn't help.
So, I finally got it to happen on lilypad, so I can safely say that it isnt the controller plugins afterall I guess. But the game I noticed I had in was art of fighting anthology. So I tested FF12 and it didn't happen. So something is probably up with how gdsx handles aofa? haven't tried any other games yet. But it still seems to still do it on default settings of the emu as well. What's your insight so far?
can't say from a coder perspective. i dunno what's at the fault offset in gsdx. it's definetely your graphics driver crashing or refusing to work.
