It works for me, make sure you have automatic fixes on, it uses a patch pseudonym made.

What is, and how do you enable/use autofix?
i'm having same problem.
when i reboot fast, nothing happens; when i reboot full, i get the ps2 loading and logo stuff, but that's it.

just enable gamefixes.
