hi I have a problem with pcsx2, when I play gta vice city stories you see blurring effect, I tried very emulators but the problem remains.

how can I fix this?

My pc configuration
Intel Core i7 2600k 4,2 GHZ
Nvidia 580 1,5
Hardisk 2 TB
16 Ram

and set in DX11 hardward mode.?

Yes, I disabled the native resolution
and the emulator is set to dx11

and sometimes I even see dx11 graphics bug

I have seen videos on youtube where it is not blurry
If someone recommends a version of PCSX2, where you do not see blur

Try the skipdraw speedhack in GSDX. Set it to 1, try the game, then set it higher if nothing happens. (10, for example.) Make sure you tick the enable speedhacks box in GSDX.

I tried as you said, but the problem remains

i never trust on that youtube demos they using GSdx recording rendering perfect-encoded videos and not during emulation game.
they might also using a real ps2 w/ a DVR to make fake pcsx2 demos as well.
