Try using ThrottleStop (google it)...
Beware as it can make your lappy very hot and eat your battery fast, better find a cooling pad and plug your laptop to power source...
My laptop shares the heat sink between the CPU and GPU. Under heavy gaming it could go up to 90 degree Celsius in summer. In winter it is much cooler at 70 degree.
