Hell I am new here and i want to ask why when i install SVN version of PCSX2 and try to start the emulator it says: "C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." Can u help me with that ?
"MSVC" is "Microsoft Visual C++".

I am with Windows 7 is that problem because i see i have to download vista things ?
No--
You don't need a Vista fix for Windows 7.

Between what's mentioned on that page,
or perhaps just the redist mentioned on the SVN Page of the main site,
you should have all the files needed (including the MSVCR100.dll).
Go to Micro$oft.com and type "Visual C++ 2010 Redist x86" on the search bar. Download and install it.
I have everything but the emulator don't run.
Not sure but, does it have to do with directX libraries? I mean, you updated them, right?
I know not what to say now. Mellow
sounds to me like you're using a hacked-up build. I only needed those libraries with a Debug version of PCSX2, and refraction can verify that. I was using a release version without them no problem
I did everything but the emulator don't run again. I can run only PXSX2 0.9.8.
