Ok, so the cpu config should be under config.. simply but it isint there. So i'm guessing i need a plugin for it(maybe?) or have it been removed in the latest patch? Would really like some help with this matter thanks!

You are probably reading an old version of the configuration guide. Latest PCSX2 is v0.9.8 and that is what you should be using

Hm maybe i was reading an old one.. i remember reading the config guide and at the bottom if was talking about CPU config.. idk
