This is my first time trying to get an emulator to work..
I'm trying to get Disgaea: Hour of Darkness because I don't have my PS2 anymore, but can't seem to find a working BIOS. Can anyone help me?

No, If you no longer own a Ps2 then you are no longer entitled to use a bios, And Piracy is not tolerated here
