I know this is a newb question but i just can't figure it out.So how do you map the analog controls to the mouse?Thanks a lot.

open up PCSX2 and go config>Controls(pad)>plugin settings
from there you will be able to do it.
don't be afraid to gander around in the software, it doesn't bite and if you break it all you have to do is uninstall it.
also google is your friend

I will explain it further :

Open PCSX2 --> Config --> plugin/Bios Selector --> Select "lilypad" as Plugin and hit configure.

Goto PAD1, select a analog Button say, Under Left analog --> Right, and move your mouse towards Right.

Do these for all the Left or Right Analog Stick you want.
