Alright.. So far, I've got a new computer and while I used it to play Kingdom Hearts II, it actually gave me some good response; Some lagging here and there, but up to 50-60 fps to the closest. I'm having troubles with displaying the health bar though and it worries me a lot.

Here are my specs:

Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 6050 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core™ i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 07)
CPU speed = 2.493 ghz (4 logical threads)
Video Card = Intel® HD Graphics Family

tried enabling logarithmic Z in gsdx config ?
