Why is dragon ball z budokai 3 slow during fight and during loading or creating a new game. From 50 fps-25 fps.

My Specs:
AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual
Core Processor 5200+
2.71GHz, 1.75GB Ram

Your PC is probably slow then.

Whats your Graphics Card?

try using some reccomended speedhacks, and use Native. Try allow 8-bit Texture.
Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
Also, Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Control Panel --> System and Security --> Power Options (Windows 7).
