Anyone aware of this version of the Emulator? From what I've been reading its supposed to be great. Can anyone let me know if its worth my downloading or am I a Guinea Pig?

Those "ultimate" versions most of the time are modded versions with extremely agressive speedhacks.
Therefore, you'll probably get more glitches as well as less compatibility.
Use it at your own risk, and don't expect support here with that crap.

I call it crap because it breaks the gpl pcsx2 is under. Any idea of what gpl means ?
Honestly, simply ask Zedr0n about this "ultimate version", you'll see...

Everythingoffendsmemods. Lmfao i like that one. But thanks for the warning. I thought since it wasn't mentioned here its cause its not a big deal. Didnt know it was trash. Good looking out fellas, And now if anyone else finds the emulator they can know it sucks too.
