how to load cso files using PCSX2
You don't. CSO is a format designed for use with PSP's.
Would be cool if a compressed ISO format could get implemented though. I guess it would have performance issue though... :/
Linux ISO plugin can bzip them, but you may as well enable ntfs compression on your ISO folder, compression isn't much different
Are those ISOs compatible with PCSX2? Because for some reason I think they are not. I think only normal-common filesystem ISOs are compatible with PCSX2.
What?
CSO is a rubbish file format. Just putting it out there.

ISOs can hold different types of fileformats right (less known/not widespread but true)? I thought PCSX2 is not compatible with any others than UDF (most precisely UDF 1.02).
...what?

...I'm sorry but I don't think compression has anything to do with this?

...Okay, never mind, I obviously don't understand what you're getting at. Maybe I'll learn something.
Pcsx2 is compatible with most if not all uncompressed ISO image formats
