I have an afterglow controller as controller one, mapped and configured perfectly, but when i try and add a PS3 controller via USB, it dose not connect. i also tried motionjoy, can you guys help?

Are you sure you properly installed the MotioninJoy drivers for the PS3 controller?

Here's a good video how to install it properly. You must have not done something right, so should start clean completely. This is for a slightly earlier version of MotioninJoy, but you will be able to use it for the latest version.
