and also I know it's Bule ( in game ) but can it still be played ?

You didn't specify your CPU. And a 8400 GS is a low end card, even if you had an e8400 as processor, you would get bottlenecked by the GPU. In other words, don't expect playable speeds with high internal resolutions.
