can i run these games at max or playable speeds?

you will experience some slowdowns in tenkaichi, but not much.
all of these will run @ playable speeds, anyways.

dont feed the animals

point them at the blatanty obvious sticky instead

Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Runs well with Frameskipping and other Speedhacks, and chaning the EE Round Modes etc. to None. It will probably run fine.
