I just realized it until now. The latest svn doesn't have Mvu Block Hack from the normal PCSX 9.8

Is it not needed anymore in the latest build? or do I have to get another build?

It's an ancient hack that actually slow down games, thus was removed.

I see... Since the PCSX2 wiki still mentions it in their recommended settings. Someone should update it once in a while

You can go ahead and update it, we have our hands full really.
