This update fixed one of my game that have have been dying to play, but now the controls don't work, and same for some other games. How do i fix this please?

- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Lilypad config looks right. Can you control other games or the BIOS menus?

Yes, other games work. Maybe it might just be the ISO. I dunno. The ISO has had problem, like as soon as it hits the Menu, it goes to 1.0 FPS. Now its fixed, the controls don't work.
Try playing with the keyboard command.
On the first screenshot select Windows Messaging(Recomended) (its not important to this particular problem but it must be that way)
On second picture - reassign again last 4 controls. On Device it must be Xinput Pad 0. If you use sticks to control game menu this must be the reason why it wont work. It happened sometimes with my Xbox360 pad,sometimes plugin assign buttons to DX device.
Lilypad defaults to using Directinput on xinput native devices.
