Ill start off with my PC specs;
Gigabyte motherboard, h77 chipset
i3 3.3GHZ
4gb of ddr3 RAM
550 TI 1gb DDR5

my issues is when i run a game like GTA : SA.
The game lags and dips to 50 fps. BUT when i turn the frame limiter off it runs at 200+fps BUT the game is SUPER FAST( i mean over all speed everything is in hyper mode not the performance). whats going on? help me out. thanks

Is it PAL? If it is then 50 would be the default frame rate.

well im on my iphone, not home. but i doubt it because it can go up to 70-80 thats what i set the max frame in the config file.. but either way the game is choppy. the voice isnt choppy but the game itself is..

anyone please ?? i cant play its laggy, and it shouldnt be..........

Sry, but your cpu may not be up to the task.
What do the ee% and gs% say when you get slowdowns?

my cpu is fast. i downloaded the game, just normally and it runs flawlessly. on the emu it doesnt. ill post that within an hour im almost home. keep checking back.
