The Games Original Graphics are bad, there is not much you can do to get better graphics.

Everything works fine. No gameplay bugs except for Savage Guy. Fullspeed 99% of the time, only small slowdowns on some cutscenes.

Bugs:

Snake's nightmare (Savage Guy) only works on Software Mode. This is jus an optional easter egg.

The reason you didnt find your game is because you took the ;1 at the end too, the serial is SLUS 21359

Bottom half of loading screens are missing in hardware mode. Only fix is to use software mode.
