The Rumble Fish [NTSC-J] [SLPM-65919]

PC Specs:

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
CPU: Intel Core i7 4960X @ 4.2Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 980M 8gb

Build Description: pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-58-g41d13dc-windows-x86

BIOS Used: USA 01.60 (07/02/2002) Console

EE/VU Clamp modes: Default
EE/VU Rounding: Default

Speedhacks Used:

Any and none can be used.

Note: The following can be enabled without issue once in game:
Everything but VU0: SuperVU (crashes the emu at startup)

Gamefixes Used:

Automatic

Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed-game): much

Comments:

-Wild Arms Offset Turns the screen black.
-Bilinear forced can cause very light vertical lines on title screen and some menus. It's not intrusive at all. But Bilinear PS2 can fix this small issue in SOME of these areas. Bilinear forced can also make a very thin green outline surround the character. Recommended; Bilinear PS2.
-Very few menu vertical lines are caused by resolution.
-TF crashing the game at startup is fixed.
-MSAA seems to work but no difference seen.
-Runs well. Higher resolutions can cause massive slowdown (slowdowns start at 4x native and up) if cpu is maxed out at 75% in windows. If cpu is at 100% maximum power in windows, performance gets a little better at 4x and up.

Bugs:

-Stages can have a few flickering textures here and there on Hardware Mode with Bilinear Forced.
-Custom resolutions can cause black bars on screen.
-VU0: SuperVU crashes the game at startup.
