May specs may not be the best but this laptop has been able to run many pc games...

Toshiba Satelite C650D

AMD Athlon ™ II Dual Core Processor 2.10 Ghz

AMD Radeon HD 4200 graphics

4.00 GB Ram (3.74 usable)

64 bit operating system

This is probably the only game that runs below 10 fps... all of my other isos run at above 20 fps...

I am using version 5350 (1.0.0)

I am also using GSD 10 (Software)
both your CPU & GPU are weak.
using some speedhacks may help a bit, but don't expect miracles...

oh, and BTW

don't compare native pc games to emulation. That's a complete nonsense

Are there ANY settings that I should change?
like I said, experiment speedhacks 1 by 1.
not much more you can do...
your cpu and gpu very weak mostly you will get fps 0-50 too weak to play

you need powerful hardware!

Do you think it will help if I increase my RAM?
not at all
