Does anyone still use it? It seems as though many games are outdated with information on the wiki site (MGS2/3, GTA, etc.) or just don't exist at all (Tokyo Xtreme Racer series).

well i have updated some Info but i am just too lazy to do all of my collection 
the Wiki is not maintained by the Devs or any High people really ....
