Changing the "??"
0A1F31EE 000000B1

And then use omniconvert?
0036DFEC 000000B1

Value becomes
000000B1 = 177

Is this correct if I want to turn the code I found on codetwink into a pnach?
Just wanna make sure I'm doing it right.

It's correct...the final code which you have to convert to pnach format is
0036DFEC 000000B1
