that suggests gsdx is leaking texture cache.

patch the pcsx2 binary with the 4gb patch tool
Thank you. I patched it but it still crashes :-(

Um, not really. It crashed sooner. It's just a matter of luck. Once I have almost completed that stupid mission. The time of a crash is very random.
try setting one of the vus to super vu
It didn't help :-(
