It's not unplayable, but it's enough to be an inconvenience. I have been playing around with the settings and nothing is happening.

Anyhow! Try disabling texture filtering. Will be blocky though.

Yup. Or play it in native... for another kind of crappy graphics. =D

Well that's what you get when upscaling 2D games. It's not much of a bother IMO since at least the sprites are okay. You could just play it on your PS2 though.
