No I am not mistaken. By F4, it goes into "slowmotion" and if pressed again it is "turbo". ^ ^ '
SpeedHacks is unchecked.

With my old computer, it's very very slow. And with the new it's a little bit too speed :s

Post a picture of you playing the game you're having trouble with and show the top bar that gives FPS, EE, GS, etc. readings.

What version of the game are you running (PAL or NTSC)?

Your CPU is bottlenecking so you won't get better speeds than that (note that the EE percentage is ~100%) because it's using pretty much all the available resources.

If you're running it in Software mode, try running it in Hardware mode.
It doesn't look like there is any problem though, it's running at a decent speed.

EDIT: If you're using any Speedhacks, tell me what you've got them set to. VU Cycle Stealing can give false FPS readings.
Please check if you have frameskipping on. They can give a boost to the gameplay but may destroy the graphics at some/rather most or all places.

The FPS is just fine. 50 max for PAL and 60max for NTSC. You fps is below them. Wacko
