I'm pretty new here and i recently downloaded the PCSX2 and now im trying to figure out how to increase my frame rate for wild arms 5. I always get between 15-30 i cant go higher, what should i do?

NVIDIA GeForce 7025
OS:Windows 7 home premium 32-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon™ II X2 250 Processor 3.01
RAM:3 GB

Yes you need to get a better GPU.

not only the video card
that is CPU is also weak and athlon is no longer a modern/popular AMD cpus in our current era
could been phenom.
