Hey guys i need some help, my pc is core duo 2,5 GHZ and 4 gb ram.
When i try to play any game in pcsx2 the video is ok with with the fps but when the game starts the fps go to less then 10, I NEED HELP PLZ
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I tryed to play mortal kombat shaolin monks and gow 2
set gsdx internal res to native, use recommended speedhacks, set ee cycle rate speedhack to 2 and vu cycle stealing to 1.
but don't expect miracles. Both your CPU & GPU are weak for pcsx2...
strange cause i saw lots of people with pc just like mine that said they were playing with 60 fps.
Note that the fps just get down when game starts, in the beggining video of mortal combat the fps is normal
that's obvious.
Fmv's are pre-calculated pictures, very easy to render.
Ask those people how they did then.
Else, Keep playing on your PS2
you think that there is no way the game will play well? cause i did what u said up there but still bad fps rate

Post your dxdiag info.
Update Directx, video card. Post what process are current Running. A screenshot will do.
Also, Try other games. Some games are still not-compatible.
