So I have PCSX2 up and running, but when I run Okage, the background looks like this.

Is there a plugin I need? I have ZZ Ogl 0.21.213 and proper bios.

Also, when I go outside of the house, the entire background is solid blue, but the characters are visible and move around fine.

I had a similiar issue in Disgaea 1... But it wasn't this bad, now I have no experience with Okage, but I can try to help, what are your GSP (graphics plugin) settings?
