Hello people, I am wondering if anyone can give me good plugins and config settings for PCSX2 that will allow me to play at 60 fps / 50 (pal).

Below are my specs:
AMD FX 4100 Quad Core 3.6ghz
8GB DDR3 1333MHZ Ram
ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics ( Integrated )
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
DirectX 11

I am hoping for settings that will allow me to play Smackdown Here Comes the Pain at 60 / 50 fps. I don't mind playing on Low resolution / textures. Thank you for reading.

i think you should get a better graphic card to achieve the fps you want

Even on native res, the gpu will struggle.
You could try software mode, but your cpu sucks too.

Here's what you can try : run the game in software mode, set extra rendering threads to 3 or 4
Set all recommended speedhacks + ee cycle rate to 2 and vu cycle stealing to 1.

But don't expect miracles...

You guys are really intel fan boys aren't you? I am Running what is in my sig. Needs to be updated cause 3.6 OC works great for me now. The only game I have had slowdown in is in Xenosaga for cutscenes. I know there is a fix just haven't looked it up yet AMD can do this just fine.
