Bug 1: In GSdx check Nloop hack or in ZeroGS FFX Hack
Bug 2: Use interlance (f4) a couple of times with gsdx until it looks good.

For Bug 2, is that an FMV?
Try using native resolution, then.
Interlace is F5. Don't touch F4 (it's frame skipping/limit) if you don't know what is it.
