I was playing my game and its sped up i don't know how i turned it on it just plays really fast for some reason

Its sped up all the cutscenes and gamplay like someones fast forwarding

Try pressing F4.

Pfff... I was complaining about the speed is very slow but you complaining about it's very fast....
...and for the additional for Ice Queen Zero there, for disabling the framelimit.
