possibly.. You could try playing with the skipdraw setting on gsdx, that might get rid of it

yes. that is the shadow
when you select the graphics plug in u get some choices and u can configure each one. try them all. mess around in the configuration. tick native to select native resolution. maybe that will fix it
if it didn't work then change the interlacing, enable shade boost and play around with settings, enable hw hacks and play around with the settings. there are also 4 extra checkboxes. try selecting different combinations
u are now in hardware mode. if nothing works then select directx11 software and play around with the extra rendering threads
do a lot of trial and error and hopefully u will fix it
if u did everything u can and nothing works then sorry dude either put up with the shadow glitch or try playing on another machine
