I just downloaded 1.0.0 My shin megami tensei persona 4 game runs in slow-motion during the opening and after that in the title screen still a lil slow-motion.

but yea I have 4gb ram. This is a HP all-in-one computer.

Your CPU and GPU is too weak for PCSX2. Try to stick to native resolution and experiment with the speedhacks.
