for a walkthrough and check that u did everything correctly. if the move icon should be there and it's not then try pressing F9 to go into software mode to make that icon come or try different versions of pcsx2

yeah i do it correctly same as walktrough and i use your advice to use software mode still that move box icon not come use different version still cant fix the problem anyone have finished this game with pcsx2? and what version you use?
problem solved with advice from dolphin solution so to solve this we must to slowly walk to the box to make the dialogue come in emu dolphin there is button to make the chara move slowly but in pcsx2 we must to use analog slowly to make the chara move slow
the problem is you need to tell pcsx2 how to distinguish between a normal press and a soft press
for example say u are required to press x softly and not as a normal press. the problem is u can't do a soft press on a keyboard button. to make a soft press work u have to adjust the button sensitivity in the control config in pcsx2
open the config and click on pad1 (if u are using pad1). do u see a table that has all the keys that u assigned for the controller? in this table click the row which is for the x button. on the right u should see a sensitivity slider become activated. it's default value is 1 and that is for a normal press. make the sensitivity less than 1 (like 0.4) then say ok. now whenever u press x in a game it will always be a soft press. if u want it to become a normal press then return sensitivity to 1
now for u say u have to keep pressing the up button to approach the box. make the sensitivity of the up button 0.4 so u can walk. when u finish from that part return the sensitivity to 1 so u can run
