ALL INIs found in C:\Users\-YOURNAME-\Documents\PCSX2
note: if you see "configuration settings" that is the same as ".ini"

i...put ur setting...in gsdx.ini file..then ingame i press f9....the bug still have....this is the original setting of pcsx2 1.0.0
